The Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA) has delivered food assistance to families living in the areas of Ceegaag, Tog-Barwaaqo, and Hagoogane in Buhodle District, Togdheer Region.

The assistance benefited drought-affected people, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and other vulnerable families. Officials from SoDMA and the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs of Northeastern State were present during the distribution.

SoDMA will continue its efforts to respond to the impact of drought and provide humanitarian assistance to communities affected by the ongoing drought conditions.
