The Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA), in collaboration with Somali Fuel Company (SFC), today delivered a food donation to the administration of Banadir Mother and Child Hospital in Mogadishu.
The donation, which consists of various food items, is intended to support patients at the hospital. It comes in response to a recent appeal by the Chairman of SoDMA calling for support to people affected by the country’s difficult conditions, particularly drought and malnutrition.
Abdirisaaq Ali Isse Buule, representing Somali Fuel Company (SFC), said that the donation is important for patients at Banadir Hospital, especially mothers and children suffering from malnutrition, who have been severely affected by the drought in the country.
Finally, the administration of Banadir Hospital expressed its gratitude to Somali Fuel Company (SFC) for the assistance provided, noting that the donation will make a significant contribution to improving the condition of the hospital’s patients.
