The Leader of South West State, Sheikh Adan Madobe, today visited the National Emergency Operations Center (NEOC) of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA), where he was received by the Commissioner of SoDMA, Mr. Mahmoud Moallim Abdulle.
