The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management of the South West State of Somalia, Mr. Abdinasir Abdi Aruush, warmly welcomed all participants to the Country Humanitarian Forum (CHF) in Baidoa.

The Minister emphasized the importance of the forum in strengthening the coordination of humanitarian operations and enhancing cooperation between the government, humanitarian organizations, and international partners to address humanitarian challenges and improve disaster management. He also stressed that the forum provides an important platform for unifying efforts to deliver effective and timely humanitarian assistance to the Somali people.
