Officials from the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA), accompanied by representatives from the Ministries of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management of the Federal Member States who are currently attending a training program in China, paid a visit to the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Somalia in Beijing.

The delegation was warmly received by Somalia’s Ambassador to China, Dr. Hodan Osman Abdi, and senior embassy officials. During the meeting, the delegation was briefed on the embassy’s activities and its role in strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation between Somalia and China.

At the conclusion of the visit, the officials expressed their appreciation to the Ambassador and the embassy staff for their warm reception and for sharing valuable information. They also commended the embassy’s efforts to further strengthen cooperation and diplomatic relations between the two countries.
