Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA) has officially announced an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of maritime transportation services for approximately 28,000 metric tons of Ukraine-origin grain in bulk from the Port of Odessa, Ukraine, to the Port of Mogadishu, Somalia. The agency is inviting qualified and experienced shipping and logistics companies to submit their applications before 24 May 2026 to support the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of the grain in accordance with international maritime and procurement standards.
