The Somalia Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA) Strategic Plan serves as a testament to the Federal Government of Somalia’s commitment to enhancing the nation’s resilience against a range of disasters, including droughts, floods, conflicts, and disease outbreaks.
Established in 2011 and reinforced with legal mandate in 2016, SoDMA is tasked with the monumental challenge of managing and mitigating the impact of these disasters.
