The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, has taken a significant step by establishing the National Committee to Strengthen the Fight Against Kharijite groups, including Al-Shabaab and Daesh. This initiative aims to enhance national security and promote peace in the region.

The Committee is chaired by H.E. Abdisalan Abdi Ali, who serves as the Second Deputy Prime Minister of the FGS. Under his leadership, the members are dedicated to working collaboratively towards achieving their goals.

His commitment to assisting displaced individuals in regions liberated from Al-Shabaab reflects his unwavering support for the Somali National Army and local forces.
