SoDMA Commissioner Mr. Mahamoud Moallim and Deputy Commissioner Dr. Ahmed A. Adan proudly inaugurated a new mosque at the SoDMA headquarters, providing a dedicated space that can accommodate over 50 individuals for prayers and various rituals. This addition enhances the community’s capacity for spiritual engagement and fosters a sense of togetherness.

The inauguration of the mosque is timely, coinciding with the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan—a period dedicated to Qur’an recitation, forgiveness, compassion, and self-reflection. This new facility will greatly enhance the experience of the leadership, staff, and guests of the institution, providing a space for community and spiritual growth during this significant time.
