SoDMA Commissioner Mahamoud Moallim visited the Jalalaqsi General Hospital to assess the conditions of patients receiving care. He focused on the needs of those most vulnerable—primarily impoverished and displaced individuals affected by drought and conflict.

The Commissioner has tasked Dr. Abdullahi Musa Ahmed, Director of SoDMA’s Health Department, to work with Haroon Hasan Abikar, Director General of Jalalaqsi Hospital, to ensure the hospital receives sufficient supply of multi-species medicines for the next three months.

Healthcare professionals from the Health Department of SoDMA, in collaboration with Medina Hospital, delivered comprehensive medical examinations, effective treatments, and practical guidance to patients receiving care at the hospital.

This visit highlights the importance of providing specialized attention and resources to support these communities during challenging times.
