The Director General of the Somali NGO Consortium, Ms. Nimo Hassan, delivered a compelling message during her remarks at the Country Humanitarian Forum (CHF 2025), held in Baidoa, calling for stronger and more meaningful collaboration between humanitarian actors and the Somali government.

Speaking at the high-level forum, Ms. Nimo underscored that lasting progress in humanitarian efforts depends on a united approach that respects and aligns with the leadership, systems, and long-term vision of the Somali government.
