Mogadishu-The final preparations are underway for the 2nd Somalia Disaster Resilience Conference, which is being held in the country for the second time, with this year’s theme being “Building Disaster Resilience through Community-Based Approaches”.

The conference, jointly organized by the Somali Disaster Management Authority (SoDMA) and the University of Mogadishu, will bring together experts, policymakers and international organizations to discuss disaster management and building a resilient society.
