humanitarian actors across all sectors and share effective humanitarian practices
and responses.

• Guide strategies for informing policy on key issues affecting humanitarian
  organizations
• Develop joint initiatives and campaigns for collaborative working at local,
  national and international levels
• Establish strong partner rapid coordination mechanisms for the stakeholders
