Mogadishu, Somalia — In a memorable night of national recognition, Mr. Mohamud Moallim Abdulle, Commissioner of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA), received a top honor, winning the “Best Leader in Public Service” award at the Somali Leadership Awards Forum. This tribute acknowledges his exceptional efforts and dedication to serving the nation and the Somali people.
