Mogadishu, Somalia — In a memorable night of national recognition, Mr. Mohamud Moallim Abdulle, Commissioner of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA), received a top honor, winning the “Best Leader in Public Service” award at the Somali Leadership Awards Forum.
