SoDMA Commissioner Mahamoud Moallim welcomed Mr. Aliow, the head of the Islamic Relief Agency of Somalia, along with his delegation, to his office today. This meeting aimed to strengthen collaboration and discuss future initiatives for the agency’s work in the region.

The two sides engaged in a constructive dialogue to explore opportunities for strengthening collaboration between their agencies. They focused on enhancing the effectiveness of relief efforts and advancing the developmental activities of the country’s humanitarian agency.

In a positive step forward, both sides committed to fostering a strong partnership between the two agencies to effectively address the challenges posed by climate change.
