A delegation led by Commissioner Mohamoud Moalim visited Kuwait and was warmly welcomed by Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Qahtani, Vice President of the Kuwait Fire and Disaster Management Agency.

The Commissioner’s delegation focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation in disaster management and humanitarian assistance.

They discussed the urgent need for a coordinated response to the humanitarian situation in the country and explored strategies to address the challenges faced by the Somali people, especially as some agencies have halted their operations.
