Commissioner Mahamoud Moallim has received a food donation from Ahmed Juma Al-Rumaithi, the UAE Ambassador to Somalia, to support vulnerable and impoverished communities.

The Commissioner has successfully transferred donations meant for 600 families to the district Commissioners of Abdiaziz, Hamar-Weyne, and Shangani in Benadir province. Emphasizing the importance of compassion, the Commissioner urged that those families facing the greatest challenges should receive priority in the distribution process.

Mr. Al-Rumaithi announced that in support of the Somali people, the UAE Government is committed to providing 7,000 tons of humanitarian aid this upcoming Ramadan. This initiative aims to offer essential assistance and life support to those in need in the country.
