Discussions focused on accelerating humanitarian operations, reviewing the national preparedness plan for Super El Ni\u00f1o, and strengthening SoDMA\u2019s coordination and leadership role in disaster management.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"998\">Commissioner Mahmoud Moallim Abdulle briefed the Minister on the humanitarian situation, ongoing relief operations, and preparedness plans for risks associated with Super El Ni\u00f1o.
