{"id":9771,"date":"2026-08-08T19:22:33","date_gmt":"2026-08-08T19:22:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sodma.gov.so\/eng\/?p=9771"},"modified":"2026-08-08T19:22:33","modified_gmt":"2026-08-08T19:22:33","slug":"sodma-inaugurates-state-emergency-operations-center-seoc-in-northeastern-state","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sodma.gov.so\/eng\/sodma-inaugurates-state-emergency-operations-center-seoc-in-northeastern-state\/","title":{"rendered":"SoDMA Inaugurates State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) in Northeastern State"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Commissioner of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA), Mr. Mahmoud Moallim Abdulle, accompanied by the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management of Northeastern State and the Mayor of Las Anod, officially inaugurated the newly completed <strong>State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC)<\/strong> in Northeastern State.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management of Northeastern State, Mr. Mohamed Diiriye Sharif, expressed his appreciation to SoDMA and the Government of China for their support in establishing and constructing the new center.<\/p>\n<p>SoDMA, acting under the directive of the Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Mr. Hamza Abdi Barre, previously laid the foundation stone for the facility.
