The meeting focused on strengthening media collaboration to support <strong data-start=\"311\" data-end=\"333\">Super El Ni\u00f1o 2026<\/strong> early warning preparedness and enhance public awareness.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"392\" data-end=\"606\">The consultation was also attended by Dr. Mohamed Saney Dalmar, Director General of the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs<\/span><\/span>, and the Head of the National Climate Fund at the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Ministry of Finance<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"998\">In his opening remarks, Commissioner Mahmoud Moallim Abdulle emphasized that the media is the backbone of effective early warning communication. He called for stronger collaboration among government institutions, humanitarian partners, and media organizations to enhance preparedness for <strong data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"918\">Super El Ni\u00f1o 2026<\/strong> and ensure that communities receive timely, accurate, and reliable information.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1380\">During the consultation, participants reviewed the latest climate forecasts and early warning information related to <strong data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1139\">Super El Ni\u00f1o 2026<\/strong>. They underscored the importance of disseminating early warning messages, strengthening coordination between the media and government institutions, and improving public preparedness to reduce the anticipated impacts of the forecast hazards.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1782\">The consultation concluded with the issuance of a <strong data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1452\">press communiqu\u00e9<\/strong> reaffirming the importance of early warning preparedness for <strong data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1536\">Super El Ni\u00f1o 2026<\/strong>.
