They also emphasized the universities&#8217; role in disseminating early warning messages, raising public awareness, and supporting needs assessments and emergency response operations when required.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"1154\">At the conclusion of the meeting, the participants agreed to develop a joint <strong data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"880\">roadmap<\/strong> outlining responsibilities, implementation timelines, and mechanisms for collaboration.
