The forum focuses on drought recovery efforts and preparedness for the anticipated 2026 El Ni\u00f1o risks.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"306\" data-end=\"492\">The event brought together representatives from the international community, United Nations agencies, local and international humanitarian organizations, and civil society organizations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"494\" data-end=\"758\">In his keynote address, the Leader discussed the humanitarian situation in Somalia, highlighting the impacts of natural disasters such as droughts, floods, and flash floods.
