The Commissioner of the Somali Disaster Management Agency<\/span><\/span> (SoDMA), Mr. Mahmoud Moallim Abdulle, together with the Deputy Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Somalia<\/span><\/span> and Humanitarian Coordinator, George Conway, chaired the monthly meeting focused on reviewing the country\u2019s humanitarian situation.<\/p>\n

The meeting, attended by senior officials from United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs<\/span><\/span> (OCHA) and Somali Disaster Management Agency<\/span><\/span>, discussed the latest humanitarian developments across the country and ways to strengthen relief efforts to address the needs of vulnerable communities.<\/p>\n
