The aid was officially handed over to SoDMA, the lead agency responsible for national disaster response and management.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"932\">For his part, Ambassador Mikhail Golovanov stated that the Russian Government will continue standing in solidarity with the Somali people, particularly during times of humanitarian crises and emergency needs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"1218\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Finally, the Commissioner of SoDMA, Mr. Mahmoud Moalim Abdulle, welcomed the humanitarian assistance delivered to the Somali people and expressed appreciation to the Russian Government for its continued support and contribution to humanitarian and emergency relief efforts in Somalia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"934\"
