Despite ongoing efforts, resilience gains remain fragile. This conference seeks to explore pathways to break this cycle by advancing anticipatory action, strengthening institutional frameworks, and promoting sustainable recovery pathways.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Institutional Collaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Organized under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between SoDMA and Mogadishu University, this conference serves as a premier national platform for knowledge exchange and innovation.
