It was attended by the Deputy Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Somalia, George Conway, UN agencies including WFP, OCHA, UNICEF, and FAO, the World Bank, the NGO Consortium, and representatives from Federal Government ministries.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"1006\">The meeting focused on accelerating the first phase of the FSCPP, which is designed to address the worsening drought situation and growing food insecurity.
