The assistance targets residents living within the city as well as nearby villages.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"408\" data-end=\"900\">The water-trucking initiative was officially launched by the <strong data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"589\">Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs of South West State, Abdullahi Isaaq Macalin (Wasiir Ganeey)<\/strong>. The operation focuses on delivering <strong data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"671\">clean water to both people and livestock<\/strong> living in areas experiencing acute water shortages.
