The proposals are intended to strengthen <strong data-start=\"482\" data-end=\"516\">evidence-based decision-making<\/strong> and guide a more targeted response to current and anticipated food shortages.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"596\" data-end=\"1174\">The joint package brings together complementary analytical inputs. <strong data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"670\">FAO<\/strong> highlighted <strong data-start=\"683\" data-end=\"728\">current risk trends and weather forecasts<\/strong> to support early action and preparedness. <strong data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"779\">SNBS<\/strong> provided analysis of the <strong data-start=\"805\" data-end=\"834\">population in IPC Phase 4<\/strong> requiring urgent emergency assistance. <strong data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"881\">WFP<\/strong> identified the <strong data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"926\">most vulnerable locations<\/strong> for prioritization and operational targeting. In addition, the <strong data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1019\">Food Security Cluster\/WFP<\/strong> presented updates on the <strong data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1090\">current coverage level of food assistance<\/strong>, helping partners understand gaps and align resources with the most critical needs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1428\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Collectively, the proposals aim to improve planning by ensuring that interventions are <strong data-start=\"1263\" data-end=\"1321\">risk-informed, needs-based, and geographically focused<\/strong>, while also supporting coordinated implementation among government institutions and humanitarian partners.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1428\"
