Discussions emphasized the importance of monitoring and evaluating the National Emergency Operations Center (NEOC) to improve disaster response effectiveness.<\/p>\n<p>Key initiatives include the development of state-of-the-art training halls, as well as organizing outdoor practical exercises and drills to provide hands-on learning experiences.
